Sellers put a request on the site and their vehicle is examined, checked for quality by in-house professionals and the best price is advised. Service for sellers is free. Buyers are charged for value added services like condition testing as well as a service fee which is 3% of the purchase price amount to a maximum of 8000 yuan. Since its initial launch, RenRenChe claims that it has been able to facilitate more than 200,000 used car transactions. In July 2015, the company said that it was able to complete 18,000 transactions. RenRenChe entered a partnership agreement with Taunchewang. The partnership would allow RenRenChe to create 1,000 offline automobile service centres to make its service available to the broader public, not just the online community. RenRenChe is also cooperating with Weizhong Bank, and PingAn Bank to facilitate auto loans for its users.
