Imcheck Therapeutics leads the directory at $185M raised, which puts it roughly four times ahead of the next cluster. DBV Technologies sits at $69M, Egle Therapeutics at $47M, Innate Pharma at $43M. No unicorns yet, but the capital stack is real and the investor roster, Bpifrance, Kurma Partners, Sofinnova Partners, reflects institutional conviction rather than speculative noise. The global immunotherapy market was valued at around $13.8B in 2021 and is expanding at a 13.8% CAGR, driven by rising autoimmune disease prevalence and accelerating oncology investment.
