They have a worst recruitment process. There recruitment process includes two online tests after that only if you get through then get a chance for f2f interview. So think if you are having a good working experience and you have been judged whether you are able to give answers of aptitude questions or not. This is reason why they lose good talent. I have been here once for the interview and the thing I liked the most was employees carrying their bags with Nagarro written on the front of their bags. It left the impression of Nagarro's employees being in unity.

Office is good. But they have very bad process of hiring. You are getting interviewed for a position by someone who is junior to you & so very novice. I seriously don't understand how can person having less experience than me , can judge me on my skill set. Plus that person was not even knowing how to conduct the interview in the first place. Bad experience!

Amazing organisation to work with and enjoy your tenure. You get to learn a lot and there’s quite extensive exposure to varied technology.Only problem is internal politics and anarchy.

Took part in one of the most amazing hackathon ever I have been a part of i.e. Code and Counter 4.0. I got to learn various new things. The office is amazing consisting of 7 floors and the environment is awesome. The staff is also welcoming and they helped a lot whenever required. Simply enjoyed my 1 day stay here.
