PERTH: XRF Scientific Ltd. has acquired Bruker AXS SE’s Combustion Gas Analysis business in a cash deal worth $4 million, the company announced Wednesday.
West Perth-based Neometals has announced plans to raise $13 million as it aims to capitalise on a series of recent agreements.
Capral Aluminium has announced it has secured up to $3.45 million in funding from the Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) to support a manufacturing upgrade at its Bremer Park extrusion facility in Queensland, aimed at reducing emissions and improving operational efficiency.
MX has provided a $US2 million (approximately $2.82 million) prepayment for future shipments of magnesium metal from LMG’s Stage 1 demonstration plant.
The lenders in question are the US International Development Finance Corporation, which provided a US$150 million loan primarily directed at Syrah’s Balama operation in Mozambique, and the US Department of Energy, which has extended US$102 million in loan funding toward the initial expansion of the Vidalia facility.
PlasmaLeap Technologies, an Australian deep-tech startup, raised approximately $21 million (A$30 million) in venture funding to accelerate deployment of its zero-emissions fertilizer production technology.
True North Copper Limited has secured approximately $400,000 in funding under the Queensland Government’s Collaborative Development Program (CDP) to assess legacy mine waste streams at its Mt Oxide project in northwest Queensland.
Battery materials and technology company Talga Group has announced it has raised A$7,273,000 (almost US$5.1 million) against a target of A$5 million (US$3.5 million) through its Share Purchase Plan (“SPP”), launched on 17 December 2025, with the closure date extended to 23 January 2026 from 5 January 2026.
Olympio has an option to acquire 80% of Bousquet from Bullion Gold Resources for C$1.25m and an exploration investment of C$2m.
