These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the fliarbi.com website and the market.ai and Radar products (collectively, the "Services") provided by Fliar Business Intelligence Private Limited ("Fliar", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorised use.

3. Subscriptions, Billing and Pricing

Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) at the prices displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes; Goods and Services Tax (GST) is added at the prevailing statutory rate and shown at checkout.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual, as selected) at the then-current price, using the payment method on file via our payment processor, Razorpay, until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise these recurring charges.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable, and we do not provide partial-period refunds.

Price changes. We may change subscription prices; changes apply from the next renewal and we will give reasonable advance notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse, overload, scrape in violation of rate limits, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services; resell or redistribute data or reports except as expressly permitted by your plan; use the Services for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful purpose; or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, models, design, text, and the compiled data and reports we generate, are owned by Fliar or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms and your active plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services and the outputs for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a licence to process it solely to provide the Services.

6. Disclaimers

The Services and all reports, data, projections and insights are provided "as is" and "as available" for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, investment, or professional advice. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data is complete or accurate. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the Services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fliar and its directors, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Services or comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Services ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
