This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid subscriptions to the market.ai and Companies Radar products provided by Fliar Business Intelligence Private Limited ("Fliar", "we", "us"). It applies alongside our Terms of Service.
Our products are digital services delivered and accessed immediately, so subscription fees are generally non-refundable. That said, we genuinely do issue refunds on legitimate grounds, reviewed fairly and case by case. We would rather make it right than keep money you didn't get value from.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not cut off access early on cancellation.
We will refund, in full or in fair part, in cases such as:
Refunds are generally not available for a simple change of mind after substantial use of a billing period, or where the service worked as described and was used. These aren't hard rules — if your situation is genuine, tell us and we'll look at it.
Email [email protected] from the email on your account, with your payment or order ID and a short note on what happened. Please reach out within 7 days of the charge where possible — we will still consider genuine requests made later. We aim to respond within one to two business days.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor, Razorpay. Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days; the time it then takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. Where applicable, Goods and Services Tax (GST) is handled in accordance with law.
