Fliar Business Intelligence Private Limited ("Fliar", "we", "us", or "our") operates the fliarbi.com website and the Fliar Prism and Radar products (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. Account details such as your name, email address, organisation, and password (stored hashed); the contents of reports, searches, shortlists and other queries you run; and any messages you send us.

Payment information. When you purchase a subscription, billing and card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; we retain only transaction identifiers, plan, amount, and status needed to manage your subscription and comply with tax and accounting laws.

Information collected automatically. IP address, browser type and user agent, pages visited, timestamps, and approximate location derived from your IP. This is used for security, abuse prevention, rate limiting, and to improve the Services.

2. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and secure the Services. Our content delivery and security layer, Cloudflare, may set cookies necessary to route traffic, mitigate attacks, and verify that requests are legitimate. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect sign-in and certain features.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide, operate and maintain the Services; to authenticate users and process payments and subscriptions; to generate the market-intelligence reports and company data you request; to communicate with you about your account, transactions and support requests; to detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security issues; and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Third Parties We Share Data With

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, including: Razorpay (payment processing), Cloudflare (content delivery, DNS and security), and email/communication providers used to send transactional messages. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety and property of Fliar, our users or the public.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. Transaction and billing records are retained for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law (generally up to eight years). When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it. You may request deletion of your account at any time, subject to records we are legally required to keep.

6. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccuracies, request deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, and request a copy of your data in a portable format. 7. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and hashed credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you and the authorities of breaches where required by law.

The Services are intended for business use and are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
