The Asturian engineering company TSK, based in Gijón, has already obtained the support of several investors that will cover at least 40% of the public offer of share subscription (OPS) that the company will make as a pre-pass for its departure to the Stock Exchange, scheduled for the middle of the next month of May.
Matrix Renewables, a renewable energy developer and independent power producer focused on solar and battery energy storage systems, has secured £245 million (~$332 million) in non-recourse financing.
