Danfoss, the Danish multinational engineering group, has announced that it has acquired the district energy software of Enfor, a leading energy forecasting and optimisation solutions provider in Europe.
The acquisition is designed to reinforce Hoyer's commitment to bringing advanced, automated solutions that save energy, reduce costs, and contribute to decarbonisation for customers in the marine, industry, HVAC, and energy industries.
Teradyne, Inc. (NYSE:TER) and the shareholders of Universal Robots (UR) today announced they have signed a definitive agreement under which Teradyne will acquire privately held Universal Robots, the Danish pioneer of collaborative robots, for $285 million net of cash acquired plus $65 million if certain performance targets are met extending through 2018.
Topaz, a company of the Stefanini Group specialized in digital financial solutions, acquired 60% participation in Info Solutions, a Brazilian company specialized in software for financial institutions.
At the AMP Center, Honeywell is also collaborating with FOM Technologies to enhance electrode production processes within the Battery MXP system.
Gabriel Holding A/S’s continuing operations achieved growth of DKK 5.8 million, corresponding to 5%, in the first quarter of the year, bringing revenue to DKK 129.2 million (DKK 123.5 million).
Based on the preliminary and unaudited financial figures from the Group’s companies, it is now assessed that Schouw & Co.’s revenue in 2025 will amount to approximately DKK 34.1 billion, compared to the most recently expected DKK 33.7-34.7 billion. The Group’s earnings are expected to amount to an EBITDA of around DKK 2,875 million, compared to the most recently expected range of DKK 2,850-3,020 million.
