Digital health startup Numan has raised $57 million to support its international expansion, driven by rising demand for weight loss medications.
Perci Health has closed a £3 million round, doubling its original target of £1.5m and raising a total of £7.7m in funding to support its plan to scale its AI-powered virtual cancer clinic.
Hims & Hers Health announced Tuesday it will acquire European telehealth platform Zava.
Huma’s latest acquisition follow the purchase of GP online consultation and digital triage start-up eConsult for an undisclosed amount in October 2024.
Health Hero Network (Redwood City, California) said it has secured $16 million in an oversubscribed Series B financing to underwrite ongoing new product development and marketing for its Health Buddy System.
The new funding, which values Nodal at $15 million, will be directed towards refining the platform’s technology and strengthening partnerships with fertility clinics.
The eConsult acquisition follows Huma’s strategic acquisition of iPlato, a UK based provider of screening, appointment booking, medicines management and communication tools installed in the majority of UK GP practices.
Mobihealth raised $0.8 million
The AU$49m market-cap company posted a loss in its most recent financial year of UK£5.1m and a latest trailing-twelve-month loss of UK£2.1m shrinking the gap between loss and breakeven.
