Transsion’s move toward a secondary listing in Hong Kong is not about survival capital.
Nokia completed the purchase of shares in Nokia Shanghai Bell (“NSB”) from China Huaxin Posts & Telecommunications Company and is now the sole shareholder of NSB following legal closure of the deal on 12 December 2025.
According to the agency report, Wingtech bought Nexperia for $3.63 billion in 2018.
BlackBerry was also up by 4 percent on the news, considering the firm has yet to pick itself up from the floor of the boxing ring, and could also be a suitable acquisition target for Huawei.
China Mobile acquired a 14.4 percent stake in Hong Kong Broadband Network (HKBN) for HK$1.08 billion (about $137.58 million).
The Spanish venture capital manager Nazca Capital has signed an agreement with the Chinese multinational Hytera for the acquisition of 100% Teltronic, a Spanish company specializing in the design, manufacture and operation of private telecommunications systems for strategic sectors.
Quasar Medical has signed a definitive agreement with Nordson (NDSN) Corporation to acquire its design and development contract manufacturing businesses in Galway, Ireland, and Tecate, Mexico.
Othman Benjelloun stated that he had acquired on the block market, on 19 December 2024, 353,551 shares Compagnie de Transport in Morocco (CTM) at the unit rate of 800 dirhams, thus directly crossing the participation thresholds of 5%, 10%, 20% and indirectly the participation threshold
ZTE Corporation announced revenue of RMB 34.99 billion for the first quarter of 2026, an increase of 6.1% year-on-year.
In the first 90 days of 2026, we saw a nearly 50 percent increase in the amount of data managed across our LEO networks compared to Q1 2025.
